Team: As a member of the Product Marketing Manager team, you will be immersed in a range of pivotal activities, aligning closely with our company's overarching goals and strategies.
Your Day to Day: Develop and Deliver Market Knowledge: You understand our target market, market trends, and the competitive landscape of our products. You are responsible for conducting competitive analysis and developing a competitive positioning for our solutions.Product Message and Position Master: You define, together with the product team, our positioning and messaging, creating compelling storytelling for our products.PMO of Market Readiness: You develop and execute Go to Market Plans, ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the process for a successful product launch.Lifecycle Management: You conduct win & loss analysis, execute and support campaigns, ensuring a healthy product lifecycle.Sales Enablement: You create top content and training to enable sales to understand the product and position it to the right audience, enhancing their product knowledge.Marketing Collateral: You work closely with our marketing and sales department to develop and deliver tailored go-to-market collaterals that highlight the value proposition of our products to new and existing market segments.Pipeline Generation Support: You collaborate with Product Management and Marketing on creating subject matter content used in blog posts, websites, landing pages, and overall campaign strategy.What Makes You Excel in This Position: Professional Background: You have a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with at least 1-2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Marketing (internship experience is acceptable).Communication: Strong communicator who loves to learn new things, demonstrating near-native or fluent proficiency in English and German.Self-starter: You have an entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy understanding business models and organizations, and think strategically about corporate growth.Project Management: You can structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders, utilizing excellent organizational and project management skills.Networker: You can interact across multiple levels within the organization, engaging with management teams and convincing them about joint ideas.Can-do Mentality: You have a positive mindset, enjoy working within a team, and adapt to multiple facets of different projects and roles.Experience in SaaS-based Software: It would be a big plus if you have gained experience in SaaS software, ideally in the financial software space.
