We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Mallorca. Our future teammate would be part of the Product department in Spain. As a Product Manager, you will assist the Senior Product Manager and also be responsible for analyzing and optimizing Product and Sales development, while maintaining a strong relationship with our clients.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and B2B online marketing.Be in contact with the destinations and TTOO to check portfolio, sales performance, and offers.Manage client complaints with the TTOO and other internal departments.Provide support with the IT system to the hoteliers.Organize Famtrips and assist them.Manage the special requests of the TTOO and coordinate these needs internally.Support the contract manager.Yield Management.Product Management.Revenue Management.Set up and follow up with sales and internal Business Intelligence reports/statistics.Perform basic tasks in the booking department to understand the operation and client processes.Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in DMC/Incoming or Hotel chain.Degree in Tourism or similar.Good level of English and Spanish required; other languages are a plus.Excellent communication and negotiation skills between providers and clients.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.Driving License and own car.#J-18808-Ljbffr
