Product Manager (Oncology)
As Product Manager (Oncology), you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy with the cross functional team aligned with Global strategy.
You will develop the local business plans and forecast aligned with Global, ensuring the execution of the key strategic initiatives to deliver growth and sales.
You will also analyze complex business data and situations and develop a range of solutions, considering promotion, access, and market research.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of brand strategies and marketing plans leveraging market research. Lead cross functional matrix partners towards a common goal.
Drive strategic resource allocation and tracking to achieve maximum business value.
Influence peers, including the sales team, to drive excellence in execution. Ensure adherence to GSK International Code of Pharmaceutical Marketing and confirm that codes are implemented and applied appropriately.
Engage with customers on a regular basis via multiple channels in an effort to collect customer insights.
Analyze external and internal data to identify gaps and opportunities. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets that move the team toward success.
Monitor the activities of competing companies and products in the specialties market. Collaborate with sales, medical, access, BI, and digital teams to develop and assure strategy effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree.
3 or more years of specialty Oncohematology and/or therapeutic business experience including sales, marketing, or other commercial roles.
Deep knowledge of hospital products and marketing strategy.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for a wide variety of audiences.
English (high level).
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
MBA or Master degree.
Experience in Oncology.
Experience in a leadership role, especially with cross functional teams.
Product launch experience.
Knowledge of the healthcare system, market environment, customer care, and competitors.
Ability to interact and influence a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
