We highly value the contributions of each of our 800+ employees, providing them with ample opportunities for growth and the development of invaluable skills.Your responsibilities:DiscoverEngage with customers to understand their needs, pains and identify opportunities.Collaborate with Product Designers and stakeholders to identify user pains, prioritize them, understand them and define how to solve them.Lead competitive intelligence and product teardown: other competitors' products and strategy won't have any secret for you.DeliverManage your backlog: write user stories and specifications, prioritize topics using appropriate frameworks or methodologies, manage internal and external dependencies.Collaborate with QA team to ensure qualitative products in production.Ensure adherence to project timelines through strong collaboration with the engineering manager and the whole tech team.Prepare the sprint with your scrum team and act with agility to maintain a good velocity and real impact for our different user types.Follow up the launch of new features and products linked to the squad scope and validate the expected behaviors through app testing.ShineMonitor the performance of your product to identify possible evolutions to improve it.Ensure the smooth running of operations and manage any incident or bug related to our products.Share your learnings with other team members and stakeholders to nurture our collective understanding.Customer-centric, you'll be the voice of the customer, assess and uncover unrevealed customer needs and new opportunities.Your profile:You have at least 3 years work experience in product management, ideally on a SaaS product
