We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Product Manager to lead one of our SME focused business units at MultiSafepay. What you will be doing? Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Business Unit Ownership: Lead and own the business unit, driving revenue growth and profitability. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Product Development: Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and lead cross-functional teams, including the product team, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to deliver exceptional products. Product Launch: Develop and implement successful product launch strategies, including go-to-market plans and commercial terms together with our sales teams. Product Growth: Drive product adoption and growth through effective marketing, sales enablement, and customer success initiatives. Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement considering our greater objectives and key results (OKRs). Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners. Minimum Requirements: Proven track record in product management with a strong emphasis on commercial success. Experience leading a business unit and driving revenue growth. Strong affinity for the fintech industry and a deep understanding of the SME payment landscape. Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment. Deep understanding of product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics
