You will have a close relationship with the CEO to ensure that the vision of the company is well translated into the platforms that we launch.What you'll doOwn and execute the product strategy and roadmap for PICKEM by setting the bar of excellence to deliver the best-in-class F2P games and experiences that define a new category in the sports predictions world.Define and own KPI targets for our platforms, ensuring the product roadmap is well positioned to achieve these as well as maintaining backlog.Develop and track clear metrics to assess the success and performance of product and team, and support effective decision making.Build features that are viral, engaging, and highly monetizable. Constantly test and implement these and gather data for learnings.Be user obsessed and drive tangible improvements for users, addressing their biggest concerns, and deliver compelling experiences that will have sports fans and collectors sharing with the wider Gaming community.Build strong partnerships and work very closely with the Engineers, Designers, and other colleagues, working as a cross-functional and distributed team to actively contribute to prioritizing and defining the goals and roadmaps.Requirements2+ years of Agile Product Management experience in Gaming, F2P.
