The Product Management and Innovation (PM&I) team is a global team that contributes to the profitable growth of the Home Line of Business and our ambition to leverage innovative and sustainable home product offerings to become the customer satisfaction leader.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket & Customer Research: Identifying global/local market trends and opportunities, client needs (end customer and distribution partner), and competitive developments for services; assessing market size and share.Product & Strategic Planning: Contributing to the design of global Home product development & improvement, with specific focus on insurance/assistance products and warranties, to establish a growth axis for the line of business that can contribute to long-term growth.Leading MVP/POCs: Implementation of all new/enhanced products by steering and coordinating other involved functions (typically Operations, Networks, IT, Sales, Technical Product, Underwriting/Pricing).Supporting Product Implementation: In new countries and analyzing and monitoring partner and customer satisfaction, including market feedback to enhance our value proposition.Developing Materials: Needed around our products and value proposition, including training materials to support the different stakeholders at global/regional and local levels.Coordinating and Collaborating: With all relevant stakeholders (sales, operations, IT, Legal…) to fulfill the AZ standards.Supporting Global Projects: Related to Home Line of Business.Country Coordination: Coordinating with regional/country PMI activities with other product managers to secure consistency in deliveries and coordinating all feedback to global (benchmark, reports…).Sales Enablement: Support our sales and communications efforts across all channels and design sales training and support materials.What You BringMasters' degree in business administration or product management.5+ years' experience in Product development, Sales, or Underwriting, ideally in the financial services or insurance industry, focused on Home Line of Business and assistance products and warranties.Good understanding of insurance/assistance products and capabilities.Strategic mindset and analytical skills.Interest in innovation.High level of customer orientation.Strong communication and presentation skills, able to produce high-quality deliverables (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel among others).High degree of self-organization, ownership, team spirit, and decisiveness as well as project steering.Autonomous, self-driven, and results-driven.Fluent in English and German or French; Spanish is a must.What We OfferOur employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
