Position OverviewThe Product Development and Support department at Diagnostic Grifols is seeking a Product Development and Support Specialist to join our team.
Your ResponsibilitiesTracking the defined strategy for system products, collaborating with Product Managers to drive the established objectives for new products, ensuring that the customer's voice is a key input in decision-making.Defining requirements for the products to be developed, gathering the needs of all stakeholders.Testing the instruments and middleware in development to detect errors and propose improvements.Investigating the scenarios described by Application Technicians who are in contact with the customer. You will resolve and respond to their questions and inquiries.Preparing and executing usability studies of the developed products.Designing and writing technical information for Application Technicians and conducting training courses on the portfolio.Writing user manuals for the developed products.Who You AreTo successfully perform this job, an individual must be able to carry out the responsibilities satisfactorily. You have a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology or related field.You have 3 to 5 years of experience in product development, with knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry being a plus.Knowledge on donor screening and/or immunohaematology will be a plus.You have an advanced English level (C1.1).You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.You excel in teamwork and possess excellent communication skills.What We OfferBeing part of Grifols means the opportunity to work in an international environment that promotes equal opportunities. Working Hours and BenefitsFlexible working hours: Monday-Thursday 7-10 am to 4-7 pm and Friday 8 am to 3 pm.
