As a Product & DesignOps Designer, your role will be equally split between streamlining and optimising our design experiences and driving operational improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure consistent branding across all our apps. You'll play a critical part in both refining the user experience and establishing processes that elevate the impact of our design efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish best practices, improve workflows, and ensure that our design experiences & processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our business goals.Your Responsibilities:Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with product managers and developers across one or two squads to define product design strategies that align with user needs and business objectives.User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and iterate on design solutions based on feedback.Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate user testing
