We are looking for an individual with a passion for graphic design, to join our team in Madrid:Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery; conceptualize visuals based on requirementsUnderstand initiatives, strategic positioning and target audienceUnderstand client brief and ensure brand consistency throughout all projects and ensure the final graphics layouts are visually appealing and meet client's briefSchedule projects and define budget constraintsDesign original pieces, including illustrations, infographics, creations for social networksRefine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design softwareApply typography techniquesSupport on new business presentations (design + creativity)Supervise, motivate, and guide the team, distributing tasks effectively to ensure a positive and productive work environmentStay up-to-date with industry developments and toolsRequirements5 / 6 years relevant experience in Graphic Design (Valuable experience in agencies in the sector)Bachelor's Degree and/or postgraduate related to Graphic DesignUse of graphic Design tools (Adobe Creative or similar)Command English and SpanishStrong client focus and flexibility to work in dynamic environmentsCreative, problem-solving and results orientedOther skills that may be valued:Motion Graphics design and animation.HTML programming skillsWordpress knowledgeUX / UI expertiseBenefitsYou will join a leading and award-winning integrated communications consultancy where you will be able to:
