The studio has achieved impressive success in the mobile puzzle games genre. Over 100 million people have installed games developed by the Zephyr team.
Zephyr is famous for its creative and inclusive atmosphere, where every member of the team can contribute ideas and suggestions towards game development.

Key Responsibilities: Analysis of game economy, balance, player behavior Conducting in-game studies of player behavior to identify weaknesses and monetisation growth points Formulating and testing hypotheses for game improvement Preparing and conducting A/B tests Preparing recommendations for changes and new functionality within the product team Automating game data collection and processing. Developing dashboards for repeatable reports (Power BI) Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Professional level English and Russian Game analytics experience of 2 years or more Strong SQL skills, python skills Experience with databases (preferably ClickHouse, BigQuery) Understanding of business and product metrics Good knowledge of mathematical statistics and A/B testing methods Experience in effective A/B testing Ability to work independently with data (from problem definition, querying, processing and visualisation) Ability to make decisions based on data and argue them Successful experience of implementing your own analytics-based ideas into games or internal products Love for games Working at Tripledot 26 days holiday: Enjoy 26 days of paid holiday in addition to national/bank holidays to relax and refresh throughout the year. 20 days fully remote working: Work from anywhere in the world, 20 days of the year.
