Success relies on meticulous attention to detail, effective time management, and adept people skills.Team Collaboration: Work closely with diverse project teams, whether local or remote, ensuring effective coordination and tracking of project activities against planned schedules. Regular communication with team members, management, and stakeholders guarantees continuous alignment and understanding of project progress and associated costs.Internal Customer Liaison: Proactively engage with the product management team to ensure project goals and objectives align with customer satisfaction, fostering a collaborative approach to meeting expectations.Project Management Administration: Proficiently document project processes, plans, and reports. This includes developing communication strategy plans, designing resource and project plans, creating status reports, tracking change requests, managing risks and issues, presenting variance reports to Steering Committees, and documenting lessons learned. Accuracy and clarity in documentation are paramount.Business Unit Roadmap Oversight: Take a pivotal role in overseeing and contributing to the achievement of the Business Unit's product development roadmap.
