Working Hours : Flexible working hours covering 24/7 service, including weekends and nights.

Responsabilidades Principales

Forecasting and scheduling to fulfil customer requirements

Scheduling available resources (drivers, equipment and product) to meet customer demand

Using initiative and data to react to unplanned changes

Attending to inquiries that customers may have

Experiência/Habilidades

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Must be able to work on own initiative and in a team

Analytical/logical thinking, attention to details

Must be able to make decisions based on the information provided

Organizational and problem-solving skills

Previous Customer Service and/or logistical experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Excellent computer literacy skills
