The PA works cross-functionally with developers, data scientists and operators. Using existing tooling, the PA conducts analyses and makes clear recommendations on how to deliver value to our players and business.What is the Product Analyst accountable for?InsightsMaking sure that product or feature development is supported from an analytical performance perspective.OperationsTaking ownership of experimentation cycles, from start to end in problem formulation to solution implementation.What are the areas of responsibility and what are the deliverables within each area?Opportunity identification* Support the product/feature maturity and delivery with evaluation, recommendations, and performance reporting.* Identify data-driven opportunities to support PMs with data/tech coordination and analysis.* Work on problems both with and without predefined solutions or operational guidelines.High quality analytics* Use knowledge about existing tools, methodologies, and insights to both deepen analytical understanding (learn and explore) and apply these to different problems.* Identify relevant KPIs quickly and focus analysis on those.Managing workflow* With support, slice work smartly to deliver value continuously and mitigate risk.* Ensure a consistent volume of experiments and analysis output.Communication* Effectively share the right insights from analysis with colleagues so that they can use learnings or make decisions based on the analysis.* Clearly communicate updates of ongoing work either through already existing forums or by request.* Collaborate with Product managers, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Commercial leaders to deliver business impact.Skills to create thrills:* BS or master's degree in mathematics/ statistics/ analytical field or equivalent in experience.* Experience working with data using SQL; adept in visualization tool(s) with experience in information visualisation and presentation.* Academic or working experience with programming principles. Practical experience with an analytical programming language such as R or Python for data manipulation is a plus.* Experience with project management in small scale and best practices implementation.* Demonstrated experience with some or all the following: data modelling, data visualization, statistics, product design cycles, experimental designAbout KingAt King, we're Making the World Playful.
