Procurement Specialist - Engineering Products

We are in search of a Procurement Specialist for Engineering Products. This is an on-site role in Madrir.

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the procurement of engineering categories for logistics and warehouse operations, including but not limited to engineering decoration, engineering equipment, and weak current engineering.
- Responsible for the end-to-end procurement process for the aforementioned categories, including supplier sourcing, assessment, procurement strategy development, tendering, negotiation, contract signing, and supplier performance evaluation.
- Execute and manage the entire Source-to-Pay process for the assigned procurement categories, ensure seamless collaboration with relevant departments, consolidate procurement requirements, effectively manage procurement costs, and enhance utilization efficiency.
- Independently manage category procurement and cross-departmental coordination.
- Responsible for collecting market resources for engineering categories, regularly analyzing procurement market trends, familiarizing with supply channels and market changes for procurement categories, and establishing and improving the supplier database.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years or more experience in procurement of engineering categories, preferably with experience in procurement management for large-scale complexes and warehouses.
- Familiar with the market dynamics of engineering categories, understanding of engineering, cost, and supervision resources, and knowledge of the operational models of suppliers in engineering categories.
- Possess strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and project management capabilities, capable of independently managing and executing procurement projects.
- Demonstrate integrity, honesty, with no adverse professional records, excellent communication skills, and strong team collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site for projects in different locations and comply with reasonable personnel arrangements made by the company.
- Fluent in Chinese and Spanish.
