Accurate information in WorkdayNegotiate, analyze, and manage contracts throughout the contract lifecycleAnalyzes bids for specification compliance, prices, delivery commitments and past performanceIdentify qualified suppliers. Build long-term relationship with vendors.Prepare and distribute RFP and/or RFQs to potential OffersCoordinate and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely demand management for ourconstituents. Work closely with internal legal consul and third part risk management team.Identify procurement risks and issues, provide solutions, and recommend actionsExecute supplier contracts and Purchase Orders (PO).Collaborate with Finance to ensure proper procurement and funded value, and billing.Maintain compliance with all policy and procedural guidelinesQualifications:5+ years demonstrated Procurement/Sourcing experienceIntimate knowledge of the S/P2P process and experience using ERP systems (Workday)Working knowledge of the RFP processProficient with Google Suite (Email, Calendar, Drive, & Sheets)Analytical, with solid proficiency in Microsoft OfficeContract and price negotiation, as well as supplier management experience4-year degree preferredExperience working in global teams across multiple regions, enabling a 'one team' culture and apositive working environment, while respecting cultures and capabilities across all locationsExperience in the finance industry, working in a matrixed environment are preferred and Spanish proficiency is a plus.With respect to this position in our New York Office, the expected base salary ranges from $100,000-$105,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
