You'll help us improve, inject innovation, and create new ways of working.Your day-to-day:Understanding the demand requirements of Indirect Materials from Global Stakeholders within OpsEstablishing and maintaining efficient relationships with relevant PMI business functions at the senior level.Assuring effective category governance to improve communication and decision makingParticipating in and influencing business strategy & resource allocationObtaining Senior Management commitment and facilitating and/or driving executionProviding innovative solutions and connections to the collaborators; sell new insights/standard processesBuilding partnerships with the senior internal customers and through senior level collaborator engagement in the functions and optimize the sourcing portfolio for the assigned global category.Proactively identifying customer needs and business opportunities to generate ideas for new cost-effective revenue generation/savingsBeing self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to focus and commit to achieve positive results for the team and companyEstablishing reputation as global authority and represent category/Sourcing interests on cross-functional & global project teams.Building in-depth global market and industry insights as well as data analysis skillsEnsures efficiencies and success by aligning local, regional, and global strategies and influence collaborators to deploy category strategiesWorking closely with other business and procurement units to expand cross-department opportunities.Supervising client satisfaction and ensuring a high level of collaboration internally
