Your role We are seeking a highly strategic and organized Procurement Manager to join our team.
Reporting directly to the General Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading the creation and development of the procurement department.
This position will be key in structuring, standardizing, and managing all purchasing-related processes, ensuring efficient, cost-effective operations aligned with the company's goals.
You will collaborate closely with other departments to streamline workflows and ensure the timely provision of goods and services.

Your Journey Design and Organization of the Procurement Department Develop a functional structure for the procurement area, including policies, procedures, and necessary tools.
Establish a centralized procurement strategy to optimize costs and timelines.
Design clear processes for approval, monitoring, and control of purchase orders.
Vendor and Contract Management Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms for quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers.
Implement framework agreements or global contracts to ensure competitive pricing and consistency in procurement.
Cost and Process Optimization Analyze the company's current spending to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement efficiency.
Propose innovative solutions to streamline procurement processes, minimizing time and costs.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration Work closely with Operations, Finance, and other departments to anticipate procurement needs and plan accordingly.
Establish clear communication with departments to ensure that procurement aligns with business priorities.
Digitalization and Automation Lead the implementation of technological tools to optimize procurement management, such as ERPs or procurement software.
Oversee the digitalization of processes to ensure complete and efficient traceability.
Compliance and Auditing Ensure that all purchases comply with internal policies and legal regulations.
Prepare regular reports for management on expenses, savings, and procurement performance.

What do you bring to your trip Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
An MBA or postgraduate degree in relevant areas is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, preferably in companies with complex or expanding structures.
Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Advanced skills in negotiation and contract management.
Knowledge of cost analysis and budget control techniques.
Languages: Advanced English.
Other languages are a plus.
Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
Exceptional negotiation skills and a problem-solving approach.
Leadership capabilities and experience in building teams and processes from scratch.
High adaptability in fast-growing or changing environments.
Key Success Indicators: Creation and operational implementation of the procurement department within the first 6 months.
Reduction of overall purchasing costs by a defined percentage (e.g., 10% in the first year).
Implementation of a functional procurement and supplier management system.
Improved operational efficiency in other departments through optimized procurement processes.
