Detalles del empleoTipo de empleo:- Jornada completaUbicación:08191 Rubí, Barcelona provinciaBeneficios:- Gimnasio en la empresaDescripción completa del empleoJob Title: Procurement Category ManagerLocation: Rubí, BarcelonaEmployment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)About SubmerSubmer is solving the biggest problems of datacenter, supercomputer, hyperscale and edge applications to make a sustainable future possible.What impact you will have:The ideal candidate will coordinate with Product Development and conduct Sourcing and Procurement for all assigned product categories, creating local/global strategy and ensuring Supply Chain risks are mitigated.What you'll do:Category Management:- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.- Ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.- Develop KPIs to measure effectiveness of category strategy and activities.- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends and potential suppliers.Procurement Operations:- Establish and manage a network of reliable suppliers.- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers.- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain.- Manage supplier selection and performance evaluations.Category Enablement and maintenance:- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs.- Participate in full cycle of Purchasing Project Management.- Actively search for manufacturing improvements and cost-saving opportunities.What you'll need:- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in procurement and category management.- Proven track record of managing suppliers and categories from scratch.- International experience in setting up different regions.What we offer:- Attractive compensation package.- Restaurant Pass.- Private Health Insurance.- Language classes (English).- A healthy work environment with an on-site gym.Our Inclusive Responsibility:Submer is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
