We are looking forward to meeting you!- LOOK GOOD - FEEL GOOD - LIVE GOOD -Are you the one?The mission for the Procurement Analyst (LATAM) is to develop and validate suppliers throughout the strategic sourcing ensuring the best quality of service and compliance in each country in which we operate.Manage the different orders placed by our entrepreneurs and ensure the supply chain works smoothly.What will you do?Understand and share the vision and strategy of the department.Develop and manage provision strategies for the goods and services supplied.Negotiate prices and rebates, aligned to Jeff's guidelines.Generate empathy and motivate the supplier with the Jeff project.Manage the setup process for each model from a supply chain point of view.Identify quality products at competitive prices.Be clear about the action protocol for incidents.Maintain a registration of all contracts and suppliers with appropriate details on annual expense, contract end dates, supplier details, etc.Track entrepreneur orders through established tools.Implement other specific actions and projects defined by chapters and guilds.Role requirementsBackground: +3 years of previous experience as a Procurement Analyst or similar position. Knowledge of purchasing processes.Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields.Management: No experience in management is required.Languages: Fluent in English. Portuguese is nice to have.Tooling: Previous experience using Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, and supply chain software. Knowledge in lean process or continuous improvement process.Soft skills: Analytical mindset, proactive, empathetic, curious, patient, results-oriented, and adaptability to change
