In this role, you will focus on analyzing, improving, and governing HR processes, especially Payroll & Time Management (technical HCM & SuccessFactors focus). As a service & support representative, you'll be a sparring partner to our key users in the region and you will manage stakeholders from different business areas. Moreover, you will use your expert knowledge in service & support management to work on new strategies and technologies within our organization.In addition, your tasks will includeLeading demand & change management in the Attract to Grow (HR) areaEvaluating support requests as a 2nd level support member to decide about changes and projectsPresenting solutions of business analysis & functional specificationsGiving trainings and improving knowhow of our users & key usersAbout YouYou are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude.
