Responsibilities- Attraction and sale of properties in Gijón- Valuation and presentation of properties- Professional and continuous support to the client- Implementation of marketing and sales activities Your profile- Resident in the Gijón area- Sales oriented with interest in properties- Versed in dealing with demanding clients- Motivated, ambitious and passionate- Higher Education would be an asset - Experience working with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Tools (Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Meet)- Must be fluent in English (other languages desirable)- Own vehicle and willingness to move around the area- Very good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit- Excellent conduct, exquisite manners and professional appearance
