Something Extraordinary Every Day - The addition of a Director of Clienteling & Private Client Services at La Roca will enhance the ability of the village to remain as a global magnet, as one of the world's most desirable locations.
The Director of Clienteling & Private Client Services will create and deliver a strategy to acquire and retain High Net Worth (HNW), Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) and VIP guests for La Roca Village and our brand partners.
This is a fantastic role for someone working in a Director role in Personal Shopping, Clienteling, Business Development in Luxury Fashion, Luxury Retail or Luxury Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead the Private Client Services teamBuild and drive the short, medium and long term strategy to create a world leading destination for HNW guestsBuild new partnerships and augment existing partnerships with providers of HNW clienteleCurate and create the content for the Village's VIP space, The ApartmentCreate and support a compelling series of events and activitiesWhat Makes You Special:Every colleague is an entrepreneur at heart and this drives our organisational culture, which values invention, innovation and risk taking.
To be successful with us as Director of Private Client Services, you'll have:
A minimum of 7 years experience in a managerial capacity within a hospitality, luxury, or event-based industryA strong network, both locally and internationally, of HNW individuals ready to shop at La RocaExcellent people skills in all directions (Stakeholders, direct reports, brand partners & guests)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsA service attitude with a clear display of empathy and five-star luxury (Passionate about exceeding client expectations on a day-to-day basis)Good understanding of the HNW, UHNW and VIP individuals' requirements and able to deal with varying levels of clients/brand partners with different status, cultures and behavioursDeep understanding and passion for Luxury and Premium BrandsWhy We're Exceptional:The key to our success is the quality and commitment of our people.
