As Privacy & Data Protection Counsel you will be part of the Legal Department, supporting both the strategy and the daily operations in our Data Protection Office, reporting to the Head of Privacy & Data Protection Officer.You will be in charge of:- Be an expert advisor on international privacy and data protection laws, including cutting-edge areas like AI regulation.- Help us develop and implement innovative privacy tools and technologies.- Partner with cross-functional teams to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes.- Promote a culture of privacy awareness through engaging training sessions.- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and legal updates.- Contribute to a thriving knowledge base for all things privacy-related.- Work with a passionate team at the forefront of data privacy and AI.What you need to succeed:Job RequirementsBring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions. Here's what you need to succeed:- Has 3+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, digital compliance, and a strong understanding of other digital laws and standards such as AI, and experience with privacy & compliance tools.- Holds a European Law degree (ideally from Spain) and membership of a European Bar (if permitted by law), with experience dealing with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (and any other as a plus); or other relevant degree combined with data protection postgraduate education.- Is fluency in English and Spanish (at least C1 Common European Framework of Reference for Languages level). The role requires you to speak on a day-to-day basis in English and Spanish
