For the same, the Fabric Customer Advisory Team (CAT) is hiring a Program Manager, who has deep hands-on technical expertise with Graph technologies and leveraging the same for big data analytics.
The candidate should have a good understanding of the graph analytics market, industry trends, best practices as well as insights into business problems that are solved by graph capabilities. This role will also involve working closely with customers, partners, and various internal stakeholders in driving product success and helping customers realize business value.

ResponsibilitiesLeverage deep technical Graph expertise to provide accurate, relevant and precise guidance to our customers in unblocking their issues.Engage with customers, partners, field, MVPs, and other communities to understand and capture their feedback, needs and requirements.Work closely with engineering teams to provide feedback and comprehensive product insights from customers, partners and communities on the feature usage, adoption, gaps and advocate for their success.Create and deliver compelling content, such as demos, presentations, blogs, videos, webinars, and documentation, to showcase the value and benefits of RTA solutions.Stay on top of the latest industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape in RTA space.Work across internal and external stakeholders to drive product success and help customers maximize their business value.Embody our culture and values.QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.OR equivalent experience.Hands-on, deep working knowledge with Neo4J, AWS Neptune or TigerGraph.Proven experience with designing and implementing enterprise grade data analytics architectures with emphasis on hot/warm path analytics.Having a customer obsessed mindset and willingness to push teams to prioritize customer's needs.Flexible and adaptable to changing scenarios and priorities as the product evolves through its stages of maturity.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Eager and curious to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies.Willingness to lean-in on initiatives that drive product success.Other Requirements Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
