PRICE MATTER!!! - To us, pricing is a core element of the corporate strategy and it should be embedded in the long-term vision of the company as well as in everyday business decisions to generate profitable growth.Location: ANY BSC EMEA HUBKey ResponsibilitiesThis role has dual responsibility within the Pricing team:To be a Pricing Partner to a Division and/or Region and Function by:Partner with their Divisional stakeholder in:Developing, executing, and monitoring Divisional Pricing strategyDeveloping and initiating new product launch plans specifically related to pricing strategiesAnalyze ongoing pricing performance and identify new pricing opportunitiesIdentifying emerging trends on competitor performance; reporting on specific price trendsAnalyzing and synthesizing data into meaningful and insightful reports and communicationShare pricing best practices across business units and ensure solutions already present in the organization are fully leveragedGather pricing business needs, propose and develop solutions to meet those needsTo be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on one of the pricing pillars by:Supporting current and future development of infrastructure within this pillar (processes & tools) to drive real and sustained pricing performance while complying with EMEA pricing policyTraining and supporting business partners and pricing team on the use of those infrastructuresBeing the go-to person within the team for knowledge on this pillarTeam Working SpiritContribute to an environment of mutual trust, respect and collaboration within the team; sharing relevant information within the team and developing new ways of working to improve team performance. Identify own areas for personal growth and development.Knowledge, Skills & Experience RequiredUndergraduate degree, business, finance or accounting, engineer preferred3+ years finance or sales analysis/operations experiencePrevious Pricing work experience is an advantageExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; including business process and data analytics; able to construct and execute multiple complex analyses; general knowledge of other accounting and finance areas beyond revenueStrong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks across different groupsProven ability to analyze data from different sources and present findings, analysis and recommendations clearly in writing and orallyExcellent interpersonal and influence skills; previous experience of successfully influencing colleagues across divisions and departmentsPrevious experience of working successfully within cross border and virtual team is an advantageTechnical experience in the following:Expert level Microsoft Excel requiredTableau is a plusAccess, VBA and sales cloud is a plusOther Soft SkillsSelf-motivated and self-directed; willingness to take responsibility over specific activities but also work with more senior team members to deliver objectivesProcess oriented with strong attention to detailFlexible and change oriented; willingness to develop new methods, processes and ways of working and drive change in organization to implement themProactive, driven and engagedAbility to manage and contribute to multiple projectsHigh team contribution and cooperation
