Key Responsibilities: • Valuation of Non-Performing Loan Portfolios: Conduct valuations of non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios, analyzing their composition and key metrics to assess performance and risk.• Portfolio Analysis and KPIs: Evaluate loan portfolio composition, calculating and monitoring KPIs, metrics, and other indicators essential for portfolio management.• Forecasting Future Collections: Develop financial models to project expected future collections from loan portfolios, providing data-driven forecasts to support decision-making.• Pricing Options and Scenario Modeling: Create pricing strategies, scenario analyses, and sensitivity testing to evaluate potential outcomes under various assumptions.• Portfolio Performance Monitoring: Track portfolio performance against key benchmarks, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to improve asset value.• Data-Driven Insights for Portfolio Management: Collaborate with portfolio management teams to provide actionable insights and recommend strategies to optimize portfolio performance.• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and maintain documentation on portfolio valuation methodologies, assumptions, and analyses to ensure transparency and consistency.Requirements: • University degree or equivalent in an Analytical/Financial subject (e.g.
Mathematics; Statistics; Economics)• Experience from financial products: consumer banking, credit lending or NPLs environment.• Work experience in top NPL management funds is an advantage.• Statistical experience in dealing with large data sets and data modelling techniques.• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.• Excellent Analytical skills and attention to detail.• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.• Good communication skills.• Knowledge and/or experience in R programming is an advantage.What does the company offer?• Full-time job• Permanent position• Hybrid work arrangements allowing to combine work from home and office.• Salary: 36 - 40k gross/year according to the experience of the candidate.
