Job Profile Presales Specialist / Digital Solution Advisor is a customer-facing role mapping product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support the selling of solutions and services with a specialization in digital sales techniques. Primarily responsible for integrating SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies, ensuring effective communication of product value, and facilitating tailored solution proposals for clients within Finance & ERP Line of Business.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks Area 1: Deal Support
The Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist is instrumental in sculpting and delivering sales presentations on SAP solutions, tailored especially for discerning audiences, including top-tier company executives. They will collaborate with VAT teams to understand our customers' perspectives, intertwining their challenges with our solutions. They will curate and maintain a sophisticated asset library and spearhead in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients. Their contribution will extend to enhancing RFx completions and overseeing smooth transitions post-sale.

Area 2: Demand Generation
A Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist will play a pivotal role in demand generation, leading webinars, and aligning with Marketing and DG priorities. They will advise in Account and Territory planning activities and collaborate with DG and marketing teams to mold our demand generation narrative.

Area 3: Digital Content for Customer Facing Situations
Their mastery over SAP offerings allows them to curate and innovate digital content for customer-facing situations, ensuring that our materials are compelling and strategically positioned.

Area 4: Sales Enablement
With their advanced knowledge, the role of a Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist in sales enablement is pivotal. They will lead training sessions, ensuring the sales team can translate product functionalities into tangible benefits for clients.

Experience and Language Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required; MBA or equivalent degree preferred. Candidate will bring a distinguished combination of digital proficiency, technical acumen, and customer engagement expertise, with over 7 years in (digital) presales, technology consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role. Demonstrated proficiency in S/4HANA Finance and experience in driving digital transformation in presales. Language requirements: Native Spanish Speaker; Fluency in English (MANDATORY). Italian and/or Portuguese are a Plus. Location
