Job Profile Presales Specialist / Digital Solution Advisor is a customer-facing role mapping product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support the selling of solutions and services with a specialization in the nuances of digital sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Area 1: Deal Support The Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist is instrumental in sculpting and delivering unparalleled sales presentations on SAP solutions, tailored especially for discerning audiences, including top-tier company executives. Through collaboration with VAT teams, they will attune to our customers' perspectives, intertwining their challenges with our state-of-the-art solutions. A cornerstone of their responsibility will be the curation and upkeep of a sophisticated asset library. They will spearhead in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients, laying the foundation for robust, lasting relationships. Their contribution will extend to enhancing RFx completions, ensuring our proposals exude expertise. Area 2: Demand Generation A Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist will play a pivotal role in demand generation, leading webinars, and aligning with Marketing and DG priorities. They will advise in Account and Territory planning activities, positioning themselves as an oracle in SAP's Finance solutions / LoB portfolio. Area 3: Digital Content for Customer Facing Situations Their mastery over SAP offerings allows them to curate and innovate digital content for customer-facing situations. Area 4: Sales Enablement They will lead training sessions, imparting nuanced understanding and actionable insights. Experience and Language Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree preferred. 7 years in (digital) presales, technology consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role is essential. The candidate should have a track record of successfully navigating complex digital solution presentations. Language requirements: Native Spanish Speaker; Fluency in English (MANDATORY). Italian and/or Portuguese are a Plus. Location Barcelona
