Prep, Rep & Maintenance Technician

Tasks RIB Club is looking to fill a position for a Prep, Rep & Maintenance Technician (on-shore, year-round position). The candidate should be Ibiza-based and able to travel between different marinas in Ibiza, Santa Eulalia Botafoc and additional Mediterranean locations, as needed.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Performing daily RIB cleaning and maintenance; Working on various refit projects (surface works, engine servicing, refurbs, etc.); Liaising with local suppliers and collaborating with them on different MRO projects; Refuelling; Organizing sea trials and orientations for (prospective) members. Requirements Basic requirements for candidates:

Experience in boat maintenance, repairs and mechanics (previous boat engineering experience or expertise in any marine refit/refurb field is a plus); Driver's license and a personal car; Boat licence (PER or similar); Fluent Spanish; Fluent, advanced or upper intermediate level of English; Any additional languages are a plus. We offer a full-time, year-round permanent contract. The salary will be in line with the candidate's experience and skills.
