JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition: Maintenance Assistant / Maintenance TechnicianLocation: NAKAR Hotel, Design hotel with 57 rooms, Jaime III, Palma de MallorcaMain tasks of the job:Attend to daily reports registered in the Hotel: incidents, complaints, and requests from guests and other departments.Fill in the obligatory and marked records by the Hotel on a daily basis.Carry out preventive maintenance of rooms and facilities of the Hotel.Verify the proper functioning of the facilities.Maintain and clean swimming pools and SPA area daily.Perform carpentry, locksmith, masonry, painting, etc.Assist other departments with tasks as requested.Requirements for the position:Previous experience of at least 2 years in 4 or 5-star Hotels.Experience in electricity, plumbing, masonry, computers, and swimming pools.Pool Maintenance certificate.Diploma in 'Legionella prevention and control'.Knowledge of languages will be valued.Flexible hours for morning or afternoon shifts.Good image and service orientation.Attention to detail, cleanliness, and a perfectionist attitude.What is offered:Full-time work.Work for the whole year, with an initial contract of 3 months, renewable if satisfactory for both parties.Work in a dynamic, serious, and professional team of 3 people.Position of 'Maintenance Assistant' or 'Maintenance Technician', depending on qualifications and experience.
