Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant field of study
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, advertising, demand generation or similar roles in a B2B environment
- Experience in effectively developing and implementing marketing plans that drive customer demand
- Proven track record of using quantitative and analytical skills to generate insights to inform strategy and measure performance of marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and French, preferably native speaker

Responsibilities:
- Brand strategy: Implement global brand strategy, adapting it to the local market segment and creating effective content to support customers and prospects throughout the marketing funnel
- Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: Design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
- Channel management: Launching and managing campaigns across multiple channels, often in partnership with third-party agencies
- You are a talented storyteller with a proven track record in creating compelling brand assets and content in Spanish
- You have experience managing/running digital marketing channels within a B2B context
- You are able to extract actionable insights from internal and external data and pivot campaign strategies accordingly
- You are able to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner - particularly in written form
- You are a self-starter, and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment
- You can easily shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and executing, in order to deliver results
- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing
- Experience in a start-up/high-growth environment
