Post Production Supervisor |

The Post Production Supervisor manages the postproduction workflow and deliveries of all projects from the slate and is the key contact between the externals and the internal marketing department. The post should work within departmental guidelines, being the point of contact for Production Companies regarding materials and deliverables. Be close with all members of the OPD team to keep them up to date with all post-production issues and timelines. Other responsibilities include following the post-production processes including delivery, reports, and QC. This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.The Opportunity & ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the editorial department to fulfill the materials request for marketing and press campaigns.Coordinate the needs of the internal marketing team.Be aware of the status of the deliverables and QC processes.Continually provide the status of projects through post-production processes and monitor post-production processes to fulfill Disney standards.Manage Disney production tools for archiving documents.Review Post schedules, timings, and post-budget.Assist post-budget negotiations and general schedules.Work with Disney internal departments to settle internal good practices for post materials and assist all departments during post-production and delivery processes.The Experience & Skills We Require From YouFluency in both English and Spanish languages.Physical production expertise and ability to counsel daily regarding pre/shooting/postproduction from final deliveries perspective.Extensive knowledge and practice of the postproduction market, local and internationally.Experience in Scheduling, Post Production workflows, and deliveries.Detailed knowledge of technical aspects and deliverables to understand the needs of all Post Production stages.Extensive experience, knowledge, and practice in delivering materials and the ability to create postproduction timings.Counsel on marketing and promotional materials from preproduction to release.A proven track record in the role of Post Production coordinator/supervisor of high-level series (scripted or unscripted) in other streaming platforms is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
