Shiji is committed to connecting the global business of hospitality through an integrated suite of technological solutions.Job Description: Act as a global specialist/lead for hotel business process definition, functional system design, and requirements for a cloud-based globally aware solution. Oversee regionally developed products and 3rd party integrations, managing product release launches and company readiness functions. Gather and maintain competitive intelligence, conduct or assist with Win/Loss analysis. Specify and prioritize regional market and customer requirements for current and future products. Provide deep business research and solution guidance as required by project development phases. Provide "product expert" technical assistance to developer/level 3 support, regional sales, and the operational team. Communicate with global representatives on all product requirements, development, and customer-driven needs. Lead theoretical and conceptual presentations, discussions, and dialogue; provide business and practical context that enables decision and design conclusions. Independently drive product delivery suitable for market needs while ensuring timely completion in accordance with company deadlines. This role includes international travel to clients and our offices.Qualifications:1-3 years of relevant work experience in the software industry.3+ years experience working in the hospitality industry with exposure to multiple departments and/or varying service levels.Experience conducting user research and testing to understand user needs.Experience identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value.Experience developing product roadmaps.Experience working as a Product Manager in a modern software development-based enterprise environment.Demonstrated experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies.Experience documenting and modeling end user process flows based around user personas and the identification of business entities.Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization.Experience working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team.Additional Information: Challenging and creative technology environment with a great deal of freedom and responsibility.
