Job Description
CubeMatch is seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO Specialist to support the Programme Sponsor and programme managers in monitoring and managing the SaaS Banking implementation by Minsait. The PMO Specialist will ensure the smooth coordination and flow of information across various governance structures and assist with planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and budget oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison with the Minsait PMO to ensure timely and accurate information flow between Minsait and CubeMatch governance structures, including Operational, Tactical, and Strategic committees, as well as programme Steering Committees and Change Boards.
Coordinate with Corporate Development under the direction of the Programme Sponsor to align strategic considerations with the successful implementation of the programme.
Support programme managers with all aspects of planning and resource management, ensuring timely availability of resources for programme activities through coordination with the Minsait PMO.
Perform first-line risk management activities to identify and mitigate programme risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem resolution.
Provide budget and financial management support, monitoring, and reporting on all aspects of the programme budget to ensure financial accountability and transparency.
Manage intra and inter-programme dependencies, including coordination with various domains within CubeMatch to ensure cohesive programme execution.
Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
7-10 years of experience in a PMO role, preferably within the financial services industry, with a focus on large-scale IT implementations.
Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and governance structures, ensuring effective communication and information flow.
Ability to align strategic considerations with programme implementation, working closely with Corporate Development and other strategic bodies.
Strong skills in planning and resource management, ensuring the timely availability of necessary resources for programme success.
Expertise in risk identification, mitigation, and management, ensuring proactive handling of potential issues.
Proficient in budget and financial management, with the ability to monitor and report on budgetary aspects accurately.
Ability to manage complex intra and inter-programme dependencies, ensuring seamless integration across various domains.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including programme managers, IT teams, business units, and external vendors.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP, to support effective programme management.
