Job Title: Plant Manager Mission: The mission of the Plant Manager is to define, plan, direct, and coordinate all production activities, as well as manage the following teams within the factory: production, supply chain, quality, maintenance, safety, and manufacturing engineering.
Job Description: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager in the industrial sector, preferably in automotive or aerospace components.Ability to think strategically and act operationally.Deep knowledge of all production/quality/methods/supply chain processes to solve complex and varied problems.Strong planning and organizational skills.Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing.Ability to present and communicate clearly with audiences/stakeholders at different levels.Ability to collaborate effectively with different business functions.Strong leadership skills to lead change, manage teams, provide direction, and foster unity.Fluency in English.Location: BURGOSResponsibilities: Within the factory, the Plant Manager will:
