We offer a range of products including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration.Junior ESG Specialist Location: Ebury Madrid (4 days from the office, 1 day from home office)As a Junior ESG Specialist at Ebury, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sustainability and responsible business practices agenda globally. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop, implement, and monitor ESG strategies and initiatives.Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive ESG assessments and benchmarking to identify key areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.Developing and implementing ESG policies, frameworks, and corporate reporting mechanisms and data to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Implementing ESG initiatives in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and departments.Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to integrate ESG considerations into decision-making processes and business strategies.Engaging with external stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and community organizations, to enhance transparency and accountability in our ESG disclosures.Monitoring, analyzing, and defining ESG performance metrics and targets and track progress towards our sustainability goals and objectives.Providing guidance, training, and support to colleagues across the organization to foster a culture of sustainability and ethical conduct.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business administration, public administration, or related field.Master's degree or professional certification in sustainability or ESG preferred.Previous experience in ESG management, sustainability consulting, corporate social responsibility, or related field.In-depth knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, and SDGs.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management, reporting tools, and any sustainability software platforms.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey complex ESG concepts to diverse audiences.Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a passion for driving positive social and environmental change.About Us Ebury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.
