ABOUT THE JOBEvent Manager
Research and identify potential opportunities to purchase tickets for upcoming sports and music events across Europe and the United Kingdom.Completing daily tasks including event building, event checking, pre/post-event reporting, ticket requests and other customer service enquiries.Take a proactive role in the strategic acquisition of ticket inventory.Take ownership and accountability of individual events, managing the inventory of the event from the time of acquiring inventory all the way through until the completion of the event.Monitor and manage ticket inventory levels to prevent overstock or undersupply.Compile monthly and quarterly sales reporting.Work in a collaborative team of Event Managers, collectively supporting each other in making informed decisions and contributing innovative ideas and fresh perspectives.Provide updates on the status, inventory position, and progress of your events through both in-person meetings and written communication.Collaborate across departments, including Customer Services, Fulfillment, and Sales teams, to ensure the effective management of the post-sale aspects of your events.
