.Overview Post Date: November 24Job Function: SalesLocation: Pais VascoCountry: SpainAbout the Position Job Summary - Responsible for sales, promotion, and technical support to customers to guarantee the right performance of the Global Solutions.- Focused on selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.- Following the marketing actions provided by headquarters for the actual portfolio.Key Accountabilities - Promote all Global Solutions assigned.- Focus actions on "Value Selling" and achieving objectives.- Perform demonstrations, build trust in our solutions, and generate confidence in our products.- Keep clients updated on new techniques by providing product information and organizing special visits.- Train customers and ensure correct performance of the Global Solutions.- Follow up with clients looking for new opportunities for growth.- Be aware of new tenders to be published in the next months.- Control the level of service offered by different departments of the Company in the assigned accounts.- Responsible for a budget assigned, seeking business opportunities.- Responsible for the technical interpretation of tender documents and preparation of technical documents (in collaboration with PM, Product Specialist, BUM, and DD).- Control the market price level and send the first offers/tenders proposal to the Managers.- Comply with the Werfen Code of Ethics.
Professionalism is a must, and work should always be conducted at high standards of deontology and professional ethics.- Register in CRM Fiori all contact names and addresses, opportunities found in the market, main actions performed with customers, and maintain all information updated weekly.- Search for information about the actions of the competition in the region.- Resolve conflicts/problems that arise with customers fairly.- Solve product incidents at the technical level in coordination with specialists from the Commercial Unit and manufacturing companies.- Installation of equipment in coordination with the Technical Service.Networking/Key Relationships This position requires cooperation with division staff (DD, BUM, PM, etc.
), technical service, and different company departments, mainly customer service, contracting, operations, and supply chain.Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:
- Education: Preferably a Mid-Higher education graduate from an accredited institution, preferably with a major in health-related fields, ideally nursing.
- Experience:- Preferably strong healthcare industry knowledge with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.- Sales and marketing experience in the Spanish medical device market will be highly valued.- Experience in Anesthesia, ICU, purchasing departments, surgery, or pneumology field will also be highly valued.
- Additional Skills/Knowledge:- Driving license- Languages: Spanish and English level B2 or similar
