Together with your manager, the Section Manager, you will lead the business forward.The operational manager's responsibility consists of working closely with the employees and following up on their needs. This can include, among other things, holding employee interviews, managing the daily staffing of the business, and being the driving force in the section's recruitment work. Together with the Section Manager, you will set various goals for the business, which you will then help implement practically and report back to the Section Manager. To help you, there are several group managers who report directly to the operational manager.The role of Operations Manager is new, and this means that you will have a great opportunity to shape and develop how the work should look.Requirements SpecificationWe see that you have at least 8 years of experience. Where you got that experience from is not as important; what is important is your understanding of the construction industry and its challenges.You may have your background in the entrepreneurial field, the real estate industry, or something else entirely.
