Together with your manager, the Section Manager, you will lead the business forward.The operational manager's responsibility consists of working closely with the employees and following up on their needs. This can include, among other things, holding employee interviews, managing the daily staffing of the business, and being the driving force in the section's recruitment work. Together with the Section Manager, you will set various goals for the business, which you will then help implement practically and report back to the Section Manager.
