Your responsibilities include:
Providing field service support at different sites in Madrid and the metropolitan areaInstalling, upgrading, supporting, and troubleshooting Windows and any other authorized desktop software/applicationsInstalling, upgrading, supporting, and troubleshooting end-user workspace hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, video, and conferencing equipment, and any other authorized peripheral equipmentAssisting users with any logged IT-related incidents when called uponRecording, updating, and documenting requests using the IT service desk systemCreating, maintaining, and publishing relevant support documentation to assist all end users with the quick resolution of their incidents and service requests, enabling users to become more self-sufficientBe Part of Us
