MSX International is looking for an EU-Project Manager with expertise and experience in the field of Product Liability, concretely for disruptive OEM focused on Electric Vehicles. Europe based. The successful applicant will be directly involved in key projects on behalf of our clients, including the full scope of project research, design, implementation and managing the services.The key task is to develop, implement and manage a service for the OEM by investigating causes, reasons, and consequences of the damage/failure and/or accident of the affected EV and/or affected parts.Responsibilities:Responsible for delivering the project/concept development in Quality, Cost and Time (QCT); for delivering the project overall.Responsible for initial, developing, designing, and executing project/concept steps.Set up monitor-process + system and monitor project progress regularly.Analysis of key data.Set up and report to Steering Committee on a quarterly/monthly basis incl. gate review.Travelling to OEM markets in the EU to the site of the affected EVs.Edit a detailed report on the results and conclusions of his investigation.Generate a report on each single investigated case (EV damage and/or accident).Address any issue immediately to OEM if support from OEM is necessary, and ideally, in conjunction with a proposal to solve issues.Set up and report to Management on a weekly/monthly basis.Raise all necessary issues and risks at the project/concept level where necessary.Coordinate and ensure that requests by stakeholders (OEM & MSX) will be correctly tackled and answered to get buy-in from key stakeholders.Follow project/concept rules and procedures, secure escalation, and secure quality.Support & monitor progress on MSX performance on a rollout on QCT.Set up master documents and infrastructure for the project (SharePoint, visit-report-master, action plan master, dashboards with traffic light...).Provide KPI statistics and status meetings & provide accurate, timely reporting for management.Support the interest of OEM by participating in court trials as a technical expert by appointment of smart EU.Requirements:Master or Bachelor of automotive engineering.General good knowledge of automotive engineering.High Voltage (HV) components experience.Minimum 2 years' experience in accident / technical issue investigation.Knowledge of reasons to reject possible claims of product and/or producer liability.Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive project management, preferably after-sales services.Educated as project manager (PMI, PMP, Six Sigma, Houston or inhouse certification) or verifiable, at least 4 successfully completed projects, of which at least 1 with complex facts and one at least with international background. Projects are to be presented briefly at the interview.Hands-on project fulfilment and management.Process design and implementation.Cross-function co-ordination / able to work with others at all levels, both internally & externally.High level of personal responsibility and pro-activity.Appear respectable (good seriousness).International experience; Europe sufficient; lived abroad desirable.Fluent in English (spoken/written) and other languages (esp.
