The Global Pharma Project & Integration Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating strategic cross-functional projects within the commercial area, as well as leading the commercial integration of new companies and acquired assets into the company's global portfolio of highly specialized pharmaceuticals. This strategic role ensures the seamless integration of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, aligning acquired assets with the company's operational, regulatory and commercial frameworks. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, project leadership and stakeholder management to maximize the value of acquired products.
Key Responsibilities Integration Management:
Lead the planning and execution of global integration projects for commercial and product assets acquired through M&A.
Develop and implement integration frameworks, timelines, and governance models to ensure efficiency and alignment with corporate goals.
Collaborate with functional teams (e.g., regulatory, supply chain, marketing, finance & accounting) to ensure the smooth transition of acquired products.Project Leadership:
Manage cross-functional project teams, setting objectives, timelines, and milestones for integration activities.
Oversee project deliverables, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget expectations.
Identify and mitigate risks related to integration projects, ensuring business continuity.Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the main point of contact for integration projects within the business area, ensuring alignment between internal and external stakeholders.Portfolio Alignment:
Collaborate with Global Portfolio Management to assess the impact of acquisitions on resource allocation, market entry strategies, and future planning.
Ensure that newly integrated products align with global strategy for highly specialized products, leveraging synergies across the portfolio.Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate and refine integration processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
Stay updated on M&A integration best practices, regulatory changes, and industry trends to inform decision-making and strategy.Requisitos Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering, or related fields. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) is a strong advantage.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management, M&A integration, or portfolio management in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex integration projects on a global scale.Languages:
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.Estudios mínimos Licenciado
Idiomas Inglés nivel Alto.
Experiencia mínima de 5 a 10 años
Disponibilidad para viajar El 20% del tiempo laboral.
