We are hiring an engineer to join our engineering team for a 12-month assignment to our France-based projects.Main Responsibilities Diagnostic Data Management and CoordinationExperience in data management, including multi-platform data integration.Evidence of sufficient technical background to understand the use of different types of technical data.Evidence of organizational and communication skills.Experience with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.Port Plugs Mechanical Instrumentation Design and Qualification, and Tokamak Systems Monitor Interfacing Sensors SpecificationDemonstrated capability in the design of instrumentation for large experimental installations and knowledge of tokamak systems.At least five years' experience in the design of mechanical components for high vacuum environments.Experience in the design and development of optic fibre sensors, particularly with rad-hard sensors.Experience in the design and development of vacuum feedthroughs and other SIC components.Experience in the operation and maintenance of instrumentation within experimental devices.Education & Experience MSc or BSc degree in Engineering.Competencies Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.#J-18808-Ljbffr
