IRB Barcelona is seeking a dedicated and skilled Personnel Administration & Labour Relations Expert to oversee the administration of personnel within our organization.
This pivotal role encompasses various responsibilities to ensure effective HR operations reporting to the HR Director.
Key responsibilities Ensuring smooth and compliant HR administrative processes (employment contracts, onboarding documentation, compensation, contract terminations, Spanish Social Security system, payroll, etc).Prepare annual HR budget plans and provide regular budgeting analysis.Preparing and analysing recurring HR statistics and HR dashboard, such as headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, track diversity metrics, among others.Collaborate in the development of the compensations and benefits programs implementation, ensuring that compensation practices are following the labour law and regulations.Ensure compliance with labour legislation developing strategies to promote positive labour-management relationships. You have Bachelor's Degree in Law, Labour Relations or in any field related.Proven experience in personnel and payroll management.Solid knowledge and understanding of labour law, labour relations, internal policies, and documentation management.Compensation and Benefits knowledge.Very good command of the English language.Strong computer skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel is required.Highly organized.Excellent attention to detail, analytical.Effective communication.Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information. You might also have Ms in Human Resources is a plus.Experience in an international and multi-cultural environment will be valued.Experience in a research centre will be valued.
