.Created in 2005 by the Generalitat de Catalunya (Government of Catalonia) and the University of Barcelona, IRB Barcelona is a Severo Ochoa Centre of Excellence—a seal that was awarded in 2011.The institute is devoted to conducting research of excellence in biomedicine and to transferring results to clinical practice, thus improving people's quality of life, while simultaneously promoting the training of outstanding researchers, technology transfer, and public communication of science.

This pivotal role encompasses various responsibilities to ensure effective HR operations reporting to the HR Director.Key responsibilitiesEnsuring smooth and compliant HR administrative processes (employment contracts, onboarding documentation, compensation, contract terminations, Spanish Social Security system, payroll, etc).Prepare annual HR budget plans and provide regular budgeting analysis.Preparing and analysing recurring HR statistics and HR dashboard, such as headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, track diversity metrics, among others.Collaborate in the development of the compensations and benefits programs implementation, ensuring that compensation practices are following the labour law and regulations.Ensure compliance with labour legislation developing strategies to promote positive labour-management relationships.You haveBachelor's Degree in Law, Labour Relations or in any field related.Proven experience in personnel and payroll management.Solid knowledge and understanding of labour law, labour relations, internal policies, and documentation management.Compensation and Benefits knowledge.Very good command of the English language.Strong computer skills.
