.Personal Assistant to Ho TAX (Temp Agency)Job Description:Mission: Support the Ho TAX, the TAX Management Committee members and the TAX team with administrative, logistical, planning (in advance) and organizational tasks, information cascading, team communication.RESPONSABILITIES:Support to the manager:Daily control of manager agenda and mail.
Time management.Office and administrative tasks.Travel and expenses arrangements.Escalation of topics.Collecting information for decision-making.Preparation of letters, memos, reports.Management and cascading of internal and external information.Distribution and recording of all documentations.HR process.Logistical support.Organization of meetings, with all the necessary arrangements.Organization of events, sessions and conferences inside/outside the office.Organization and coordination of external and internal visits.Click & Buy tool control.Raising of purchase orders such as office material, canteen, events, etc.
and follow up.Approve/decline requirements on behalf of the manager: Approvals control, time and training requests, staff's trips and expenses.Opening and follow up of IT incidents and requests.Opening and follow up of maintenance incidents.People/communication/team building:Supporting the manager to arrange face-to-face meetings and feedback sessions.Supporting the manager to arrange communication sessions and team events (breakfasts, lunch with the team, etc.).
Contribute to the TAX Communication plan and activities content definition.Contribute to positive working relationships and act as facilitator within the team and with stakeholders.Help the team with incidents, meetings, etc.
