This global role will report to the CEO's EA. The primary aspect of this role would be to act as the Personal Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) with the addition of adhoc duties in order to support the wider Investment and Partnerships team, so a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. This is a 5 month FTC.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrioritise urgent actions and make judgments about the urgency of issues/meetings/requests, rescheduling and reorganizing as necessary and coordinating potentially conflicting internal and external responsibilities and pressures.Manage complex international travel arrangements, including accommodation, all aspects of itinerary and visas.Manage all aspects of event management.Anticipate and identify the support requirements of the team in response to changing needs or circumstances, liaising with staff throughout the organisation as necessary.Attend and contribute to admin and whole staff team meetings.Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels throughout the organisation and external agencies.Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance.Supporting the wider Investments and Partnership Team as required.Any other duties reasonably requested by the CEO's EA or CIO.Qualifications and ExperienceExperience with 360 travel arrangementExperience with Events ManagementFluent in English and SpanishAbout ISPThe International Schools Partnership (ISP) is a growing group of committed colleagues, in financially responsible schools around the world, all of which aim to be the school of choice in their local area.
