IRC225216 - PERMITTING SPECIALIST
At Eni we are looking for a Permitting Specialist for our Plenitude Renewables offices in Madrid.
Reporting to the Head of Execution, you will be part of the Project Team and responsible for the implementation of all permits and licenses required, with special reference to environmental and construction permitting, during the execution phase of the projects.
You will be responsible for: Administrative processing and authorizations and permits for construction of renewable energy projects.Supervising the handover of renewable projects from development to execution, ensuring that permits, agreements and contracts are aligned with local legislation.Interacting with the development and engineering departments to verify and check that projects are allowed to be constructed, connected to the grid and to predict potential risks.Ensuring the implementation of permits and licenses requirements and conditions.Managing the interface with local administration and different stakeholders, and amending/ including any documentation needed to start the construction.Negotiating with the different stakeholders during the permitting process. This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mining Engineering or similar.Relevant experience in the renewable energy sector.Knowledge of the Spanish energy market and legislation and previous experience with local administration entities.Solid knowledge of the grid commissioning process, connection to the grid and its required permits.Proficient in Spanish. Upper-intermediate knowledge of English.Responsible person, with initiative, goal-oriented, leadership capacity and communication and teamwork skills.Capacity for synthesis and ability to prepare reports and presentations.Knowledge of GIS/CAD tools.B1 driving license and availability to make occasional trips both in Spain and abroad.
