About the role Summary In the construction department, the Permit Manager will be responsible for managing the permitting aspects of the project, supporting the Project Manager and the Country Head of Construction. During the development stage, the Permit Manager will oversee and evaluate the status of the project permits and approvals to assess its impact on the Ready to Build date. In the construction stage, you will monitor the compliance of the EPC with the Owner's Permits and will renew or amend the permits as needed. During the Interconnection process, you will coordinate with Industria from "Certificado Final de Obra" until "RAIPEE Definitivo". Duties and Responsibilities Management of the developer permits during construction, renewing them in alignment with the project program of works and ensuring proper discharge of the obligations to the EPC. Monitor the validity dates of the permits and renew them as needed per the project program of works. Monitor any bond requirements under the owner's permits and ensure those are included in the project budget. Representation and management of the permitting process for Construction in front of Local/Regional/National Administration, including any consultations needed during the project execution or prior to the RTB. Optimize and manage closely the process to get required authorizations and requirements according to current legislation applicable to the specified PV project. Define the target dates and documents required from the EPC to be presented to the authorities. Identification and mitigation of risks related to the construction permits. Create and develop the right relationships with the Local/Regional/National Administration. Be mindful about changes in law applicable to PV plants which may affect the construction phase of the projects. Assess the impact and adapt the workflow to reflect changes, as well as updates to documents and contents required. Work in coordination with the Grid team.
